All of the GALAXY software, including the
CTSU stuff, library and graphics, will now also run in the MicrosoftTM
Win-32 system (Windows 95TM and Windows NT 3.51TM
and above). [Link here]

Jonathan Oulds has developed LABYRINTH, a
Windows-based C++/SQL system which is planned gradually to take over the
CTSU functions of GALAXY during 2001-2004 and beyond. Astrophysical users
shouldn't worry about this - the 'classic' GALAXY stuff will continue to
be supported!

An experimental 'C' library KK:CUASAR.OLB,
analogous to the FORTRAN one KK:QUASAR.OLB, is being developed. Just in
case.

Paul Appleby's GRCA (FORTRAN graphics library
for PostScript printing) works fine on PCs!
